DIRECTIONS
By bus:
- Take the Suburban Transit express bus toward Princeton from Port Authority in NYC, or from New Brunswick and points south on Route 27.
- Get off in Kingston at Laurel Ave and follow "Final directions."
By car:From the north via Route 1:
Take Route 1 south, past Whispering Woods and Promenade Blvds, to Raymond Road.
Turn right onto Raymond; follow till it ends at a traffic light.
Turn left onto Route 27; follow that south into Kingston. At first traffic light, Laurel Ave/Heathcote Rd, turn right onto Laurel, and see "Final directions" below.
From the south via Route 1:Take route 1 north past Princeton, past Forrestal Ctr and College Rd, to Ridge Rd.
Go left (via a jughandle) onto Ridge, which becomes Heathcote, and follow into Kingston to traffic light at Route 27. (Main Street Cafe / Bakery / Coffeehouse on corner.) Cross Rte 27 onto Laurel Ave and see "Final directions" below.
From the north via Route 27:Take route 27 south to Kingston.
At the first traffic light in the village, Laurel Ave/Heathcote Rd, turn right onto Laurel, and see "Final directions" below.
From the south via Route 27:Take route 27 (Nassau Street) north from Princeton (about 3 miles).
Pass Lake Carnegie; go straight through traffic lights at River Rd and Church Ave/Academy St (by post office).
At the next traffic light in Kingston, Laurel Ave/Heathcote Rd, turn left, and see "Final directions."
Final directions:
After leaving route 27, go 1 block west on Laurel Ave. to the intersection with Union Street; the school is on the far right-hand corner. Sign in front of the school says "ESC..."
Turn right on Union, and immediately left into the school parking lot. Go in the double metal doors at ground level (in the red-brick part of the building). Turn left and go up a few stairs to reach the gym.Parking hints:
- If the parking lot is full, you can park on the side of Union Street closer to the school.
- Overflow parking may be available behind Kingston Presbyterian Church on Route 27, just north of Laurel Ave. (park at the end of the lot farthest from the church, and walk away from the church to reach Union Street).
